The Square and the Compass are the most well-known Masonic signs. The square represents morality in that the Freemasons must balance their actions with the “square of virtue”. Then the compass assesses the ability to act wisely. In other words, Square and Compasses combined remind Freemasons to explore their desires while remaining moral.

Like many other religious entities, the Masonic Altar represents a location where one can commune with God. It is also the place of the Holy Books.
#5 Masonic Lamb
The lamb is a symbol of innocence and purity. In the Christian religion, it is the symbol of Jesus Christ. In ancient Masonry art, it was a sign of goodness.

The Masonic Eye is one of the most recognized Masonic signs. It signifies God’s eye. Moreover, the Masonic Eye serves as a reminder to Freemasons that God is always observing their every action and thought.
