According to the Mayo Clinic, having a close group of friends can make you feel less lonely, help you cope with bad experiences, reduce stress, and boost your feeling and overall happiness, among other benefits.
Physically, a happy social life can also improve our health. The Mayo Clinic also find out that having friends is linked to a reduced risk of depression, high blood pressure and an unhealthy body mass index. They may even help you live longer!

On the opposite end of the spectrum, those without close connections may suffer poorer health, such depression, psychosis, cognitive decline, and not living as long.

Traveling has also been proven to improve your health. Forbes reports that women who take advantage of vacation time are less tense, depressed or stress, and even happier with their spouse. Their mood is better, and it can even enhance productivity and creativity.
Otherwise, not taking trips can lead to a higher risk of heart disease and death from heart disease for women. Even for men, traveling can reduce the risk of death by 21% and mortality from cardiovascular disease by 32%. It is proved that when you have good friendships and have time to travel, your health will benefit alot.
